As a Production Manager, you’ll play a hands‑on, high‑impact role in shaping how our projects come to life—leading the development and execution of production planning strategies while helping teams challenge traditional construction approaches. In this role, you will lead production strategy and execution by partnering with project teams to optimize workspace design, supply chains, and planning processes to ensure uninterrupted workflow. You’ll coach and train teams to build capability in production best practices, facilitate coordination meetings and daily huddles, and lead field observations to identify inefficiencies, remove constraints, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll also collaborate with VDC/BIM teams to integrate models and technology into execution, while supporting safety, quality, and schedule performance in alignment with Boldt standards.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $96,000 - $125,000 annually. This includes a base salary adjusted for individual skills, experience, education, and other factors. Minimums and maximums may vary by location and will be based on market data and relevant factors.
