Job summary

PeopleOne Health in the United States seeks a Traveling Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to lead clinical care during the launch of new health centers and provide interim coverage at existing locations. You will deliver primary and preventive care to patients 2 years and older, working autonomously and with physicians to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate, while coordinating care across regions.

The role includes prescribing medications, ordering tests, and documenting in EHRs to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing is required.
• Current state licensure as CRNP is required; multi-state licensure preferred.
• National certification in a relevant specialty is required.
• DEA registration is required for prescribing medications.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses with individualized plans.
• Prescribe medications and non-pharmacologic therapies per guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EKGs).
• Provide health counseling and wellness education to patients and families.
• Perform minor procedures within scope of practice.
• Coordinate care with specialists for referrals and continuity.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation in compliance with regulations.
