Job summary

Environmental Chemical Corp. is seeking a Pre Construction Manager to work in the Pacific Region, primarily in Hawaii, with occasional travel to Guam. The ideal candidate will manage the RFP process, create project schedules, and work collaboratively with teams to drive project success. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.

The role offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $150,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, life insurance, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with pre-construction projects, federal government project experience expected.
• Ability to read, analyze and understand UFGS specs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFP process, prepare go no-go documents and bond decks.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to review design build plans.
• Create comprehensive pre-construction and construction schedules.
• Lead on potential value engineering and design changes.
• Liaise with designers and clients to maintain positive working relationships.
