Responsibilities include coordinating multiple trades, reading plans, ensuring safety, and traveling to sites as needed. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Commercial pool construction experience is required.
• Previous Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction plans and coordinate multiple trades.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
