B&B Concrete in Florida seeks a project-focused professional to lead heavy civil infrastructure projects. You’ll manage cost, schedule, and project outcomes while coordinating with field teams, engineers, and owners to ensure safe, efficient progress.

You’ll leverage experience in DOT or roadway projects, demonstrated ownership, and clear communication to keep projects on track and deliver quality results for clients in the Lake Magdalene area.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
