Scheduling: Align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
Contracts: Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
Problem Solving: Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
Relationships: Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
