Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track by aligning crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Resolve design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Act as a trusted contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
