Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomist II Territory (Float) for Grand Haven, MI. The role travels within an assigned territory to perform professional phlebotomy at Patient Service Centers and client sites, with a Monday or Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule and every other Saturday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

The ideal candidate has at least two years phlebotomy experience, and in some states a phlebotomy certification is required.

Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Travel within an assigned territory to PSCs, Client Offices or other sites to deliver professional phlebotomy services.
• Perform specimen collections via venipuncture and capillary draws with accuracy and safety.
• Verify patient identification and enter data into lab systems; label and process specimens correctly.
• Maintain clean, organized collection sites and communicate procedures clearly to patients and staff.
