Qualifications

• Two years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection per procedures.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing with proper labeling.
• Provide professional patient-focused service and address questions.
• Maintain clean collection environment and comply with safety protocols.
