Qualifications

• Valid PCT, CNA, or equivalent healthcare certification.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• 1–3 years of patient service or healthcare experience.
• Valid driver's license and transportation.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with strong communication.
• Healthcare experience is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain medical equipment at patients' homes.
• Document patient care activities accurately.
• Follow infection control protocols and PPE.
• Schedule and complete home setups and pickups.
• Travel up to 70%, with 30% in-person visits.
• Instruct patients on the Ermi program.
• Maintain CRM account information.
• Return devices to the home office and count inventory.
• Keep storage area compliant and organized.
• Follow healthcare regulations and company policies.
