Candlewyck Apartments seeks a dependable Painter to service three Kalamazoo-area communities. The role travels between Candlewyck Apartments and Arbor Pointe Apartments in Battle Creek, offering full-time hours and a base hourly rate.

You will prep, paint, and maintain surfaces, coordinating with property managers to complete projects on schedule. Applicants should be capable of lifting, climbing, and using standard painting tools, while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Willingness to travel between Kalamazoo & Battle Creek properties.
• Equipment: wear safety shoes and equipment.
• Work hours: 40 hours per week; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Washes, sands, and applies paint to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Repairs surfaces before painting and matches color schemes.
• Operate painting-related tools and equipment.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas daily.
