Job summary

Zidan Management Group, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day property maintenance at Candlewyck Apartments in Kalamazoo, MI. You will supervise staff, schedule 24/7 emergency coverage and ensure compliance with safety and housing regulations.

Responsibilities include handling service requests, maintaining records, and performing essential systems maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances). Prior on-site experience and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site property maintenance experience.
• Holds HVAC and EPA certifications; CAMT is a plus.
• EPA and OSHA awareness; safety-focused training.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise routine maintenance tasks daily.
• Oversee and inspect work by other maintenance staff.
• Coordinate 24/7 emergency maintenance coverage.
• Maintain records of maintenance, service requests and expenditures.
• Ensure timely make-ready repairs and compliance with laws.
