Kitty Hawk Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics is seeking a Dental Assistant to support clinicians and deliver the Perfect Patient Experience. You will assist with patient preparation, radiographs, sterilization, and charting while maintaining a cheerful, clean environment.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED and completion of mandated training courses.
• Licensure/registration as required by state.
• Specialty dental assistants must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance; driving checks at hire.
• Travel to multiple offices may be required; reliable transportation needed.
• Alternate transportation acceptable if driver’s license/insurance unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians to prepare patients and provide efficient dental care.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments; maintain operatory cleanliness per guidelines.
• Take radiographs and intra-oral photos as directed.
• Prepare tray setups and manage supplies for procedures.
• Document patient notes in digital chart; present records to clinician.
• Support PPE and PPE-driven patient experience to build patient loyalty.
