Children’s Dental FunZone is looking for an energetic and motivated Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to support our Alhambra, Montebello and Eagle Rock/Glendale locations! What You'll Do:

• Educate patients & parents on orthodontic treatment options & financial plans
• Guide patients through their treatment journey & ensure a positive experience
• Present treatment fees & help coordinate insurance & payment plans
• Travel between our Alhambra & Eagle Rock/Glendale offices to support both locations
• Work closely with the orthodontist & clinical team to ensure seamless care

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office
• Great communication & sales skills – able to build trust with kids & parents
• Organized & detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Willingness to travel between Alhambra & Eagle Rock locations
• Experience with dental/ortho software (Dentrix, and OrthoBank) is a plus!

Job Type:

• Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Sat 8:00 am- 2:00 pm
• Hourly + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits
• Pay $23-$27 (Negotiable DOE)
