Great Expressions Dental Centers is seeking a dynamic Dental Assistant to join a traveling team serving multiple Florida offices (Dadeland Miami, Miramar, North Dade, Pembroke Pines). You will assist dentists, prep rooms, sterilize instruments, educate patients, and manage scheduling while ensuring a smooth workflow across offices.

Candidates with EFDA or X-ray exposure training are preferred, but we will train the right person.

This is a traveling position that requires working between the following offices:

• Dadeland: 7300 N Kendall Dr #110, Miami, FL 33156
• Miramar: 2905 SW 160th Ave, Miramar, FL 33027
• North Dade: 17301 NW 27th Ave, Miami Gardens, FL 33056
• Pembroke Pines (home office): 140 S University Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025

Responsibilities

Requirements

Before applying, it is imperative that you meet the state requirements outlined below.

• Connecticut: certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
• Florida: Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification and proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to expose X-rays).
• Georgia: CPR Certification, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification, and proof of formal training to expose X-rays.
• Massachusetts: CPR Certification, proof of formal training to expose X-rays, BORID certification and annual CE requirements must be completed per state regulations.
• Michigan: Upon hiring, you are required to furnish evidence of X-ray training certification. If you do not possess certification at the time of hiring, you are granted an 8-week period to submit it.
• New Jersey: Proof of X-ray training.
• New York: Not applicable.
• Ohio: Proof of formal training to expose X-rays (including FDOH Permit to Expose X-rays)
• Texas: CPR Certification, TSBDE: TX State Board of Dental Examiners.
