Job summary

CAMP Facility Services is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily on-site operations for commercial construction and building maintenance projects in Marietta, GA. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage schedules, and uphold safety and quality standards to meet project goals.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with extensive travel to assigned sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
• Experience in multi-family, capital improvement, restoration, renovation, or commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and travel 85-95%.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with construction means and methods (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, framing).

Responsibilities

• Be physically present on job sites daily for the project duration.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors to meet safety, quality, and schedule.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and document progress.
• Execute the project schedule with PM and GM.
• Manage issues impacting schedule, cost, or customer satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and site safety plans are followed.
• Prepare daily Procore notes with progress, manpower, and photos.
• Support billing and change orders with proper documentation.
• Build strong relationships with trade partners.
