Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Proven leadership experience as an NHA in skilled nursing/long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of CMS requirements and Minnesota regulations.
• Experience leading communities through transition and performance improvement.
• Financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim Nursing Home Administrator leadership for skilled nursing communities throughout Minnesota.
• Lead and stabilize facility operations during periods of leadership transition or operational need.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while promoting high-quality resident care and service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain survey readiness and lead the community through regulatory surveys and plans of correction, as needed.
• Partner with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen clinical and operational outcomes.
• Assess current systems, processes, staffing, and performance and implement sustainable improvements.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and support department leaders while building a positive and accountable workplace culture.
• Monitor staffing, census, revenue, expenses, quality measures, and resident satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance.
• Support census development, referral relationships, and overall community growth.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, employees, physicians, vendors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Provide clear updates and recommendations to organizational and client leadership throughout each assignment.
