Job summary

Health Dimensions Group (HDG) is seeking an experienced Traveling Nursing Home Administrator to step into critical leadership roles at skilled nursing communities throughout Minnesota. This interim role goes beyond the traditional Administrator position, providing stability, performance improvement, and hands-on leadership during transitions.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, clinical teams, and ownership groups to drive outcomes, build teams, and ensure high-quality resident care

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Proven leadership in skilled nursing/long-term care settings.
• Strong knowledge of CMS requirements and Minnesota regulations.
• Experience with transitional leadership or performance improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim Nursing Home Administrator leadership for skilled nursing communities across Minnesota.
• Lead and stabilize facility operations during leadership transitions or operational need.
• Oversee day-to-day operations while promoting high-quality resident care and service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Maintain survey readiness and lead surveys and plans of correction as needed.
• Partner with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to strengthen outcomes.
• Assess systems, staffing, and performance; implement sustainable improvements.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop leaders; foster a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor staffing, census, revenue, expenses, and quality measures; drive improvements.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve financial and operational performance.
