Job summary

Zions Bank is seeking a Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO to support branches across Park City, Kamas, and Coalville with a focus on quality customer service and branch protection. The role involves cash handling, cross-selling bank products, and assisting clients in all banking areas.

Retail Support is a department of traveling tellers and bankers who support Zions Bank branches throughout their geographical area in the case of absenteeism. This position offers an opportunity to gain a large skill set in the fundamentals of banking while also providing networking opportunities. Our mission is to support our branches and help them to fulfill strategic objectives and carry out Zions Bank’s company vision.

Minimum pay is $19 per hour

• Be responsible for processing cash transactions and other customer service duties within the branch.

Retail Support Customer Service Associate MLO Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years banking, cashiering, customer service, balancing, other related experience, or successful completion of company approved training.
• Previous teller experience is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Working knowledge of math.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.

Location

• Retail Support covers a geographical area. Mileage reimbursements are provided whenever an employee travels over 25 miles round trip from their home.
• This position primarily supports our branches in the Park City, Kamas, and Coalville areas.
