Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions seeks a Traveling Assistant Superintendent for multifamily construction projects across the Southeast and beyond. The role focuses on coordinating subcontractors, scheduling, safety, planning, and ensuring project goals are met within timeframes.

Exterior and hardscape experience is essential, with frequent travel to sites for 1–2 years. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multifamily construction, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience managing

Qualifications

Experience in multifamily new construction (projects $20–60M) Required.
Experience with civil sitework, exterior and hardscape in multifamily construction.
Experience with student housing, garden-style, wrap, podium multi-family projects preferred.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Experience with contracts and working with subcontractors.
Ability to lead a team and manage project needs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production and schedules with subcontractors and employees.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety and project plans.
Coordinate project activities with company personnel.
Review status reports, shop drawings, and changes.
Provide technical advice and problem solving with project personnel.
Direct overall project coordination including safety, budget, scheduling, resources, and risk.
Review and submit work and change orders to superintendent.
Attend and lead project status meetings and assist in problem solving.
Travel full-time to project locations as required.
