Job Overview

Responsible for repairing and maintaining medium to heavy duty customer vehicles and equipment, including preventative and corrective maintenance. You will operate a company-owned service vehicle to visit customers and conduct onsite repairs, which may include forklifts, trailers, and tractors. Road calls are also part of the role. The duties are performed independently with minimal supervision. Personal hand tools are required, with additional tools stored in the service truck bed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of medium to heavy duty diesel truck engines, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and internal combustion engines.
• Self-starter with computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite & internal systems), strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Class A/B License preferred for some positions
• Ability to obtain DOT Medical Certificate
• DOT Brake/Annual Inspection certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record
