Job summary

Kinsley Construction Inc. is seeking mechanical trades personnel with millwrighting and welding experience for projects across the mid-Atlantic region. The role involves machinery moving, facility relocation, plant maintenance, and fabrication, with travel required from the Blandon, PA office to job sites.

Travel details include hotel accommodations, transportation, and a travel incentive bonus. This safety-sensitive position requires willingness to work weekends and stay overnight as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Current driver’s license is required.
• Must be familiar with OSHA and MSHA safety regulations.
• Welding experience (MIG & STICK) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use instruments for precise layout and alignment.
• Perform rigging, jacking, and heavy forklift operations.
• Erect steel and install miscellaneous metals.
• Install conveyors, dryers, and material handling equipment.
• Install equipment and piping in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
• Field verify dimensions and perform fabrication.
• Work at heights and willingness to travel for project needs.
