Kinsley Construction, Inc. in York, PA seeks skilled millwrights and welders for machinery moving, plant maintenance, and site installations across the mid-Atlantic. Based out of our York office, you will travel to job sites and support complete facility relocations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Welding in MIG and stick positions preferred.
• Experience with equipment install in heavy industry/mining is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use instruments for precise layout.
• Rigging, jacking, and heavy forklift operations.
• Steel erection and installation of miscellaneous metals.
• Install conveyors, dryers, and material handling equipment.
• Install equipment and piping in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
• Field verify dimensions and perform field fabrication.
• Work at heights; may require weekends and travel with overnight stays.
