Job summary

Kinsley Construction is seeking personnel for their mechanical trades with experience in Millwrighting and Welding. Work includes machinery moving, plant maintenance, and installation of material handling systems.

Based out of York, PA, travel in the mid-Atlantic region is required, with hotels and transportation provided for travel. They offer competitive wages and an Incentive Zone Pay program for hourly field employees, with additional pay based on distance from home to job site.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with OSHA and MSHA safety regulations helpful.
• Welding experience MIG and stick in all positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use instruments for precise layout.
• Perform rigging, including jacking, skating, and heavy forklift operations.
• Erect steel, perform connections and detailing.
• Install miscellaneous metals, conveyors, dryers, and material handling equipment.
• Install equipment and piping in Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants.
• Field verify dimensions and perform field fabrication and fitting.
• Work at heights with ladders and man lifts; occasional weekends.
• Travel to out-of-town jobs with overnight stays; travel incentives may apply.
