Job summary

Idaho Forest Group is seeking a Millwright Fabricator to join our traveling Central Fab Shop (CFS) team, providing hands-on welding, fabrication, and installation services across our mills. This role requires reading blueprints, operating heavy equipment, and performing maintenance and upgrades to keep production running smoothly.

You will work day shifts with travel as needed, be able to work at heights, and pass standard safety and background checks.

Qualifications

• Welding and fabrication skills are essential for performing the varied tasks described.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to pass hair follicle drug test, physical, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding, cutting, fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing equipment to improve production quality and efficiency.
• Dismantle and re-assemble equipment for modifications or upgrades.
• Operate man lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts and other heavy equipment as required.
• Work at high elevations and in variable shifts to support the Central Fab Shop team.
