Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Merchandiser to service stores across Montana. The role includes pricing, stocking, and shelving, with travel across the state and weekends at home. You will work closely with store personnel to maintain planograms and ensure excellent customer service.

The position offers competitive pay, benefits starting Day 1, and a corporate car. Preference for candidates in Missoula, Helena, or Billings. Travel is required, including overnight stays when necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of merchandising experience.
• Experience reading & executing planograms.
• Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong oral & written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotation, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.
• Read planograms.
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales/Manager when required.
• Maintain safe store aisles.
• Maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets.
