Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a Merchandiser to service customer locations with planograms and merchandising best practices. You will drive your personal vehicle, stock shelves, assess sales, and suggest replacements to drive store profits.

The role involves 80–90% travel, overnight stays, and per diem with company-paid hotels. Benefits start Day 1, including health, 401k matching, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 6+ months merchandising experience.
• Must interpret and execute planograms.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and travel to customer locations.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Frequent lifting of items 5–25 lbs, up to 70 lbs for cases.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotation, and product/shelf cleaning at customer locations.
• Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
• Monitor potential account problems and report to Sales/Manager as needed.
• Maintain safe store aisles.
• Maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Report hours to division on time sheets.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
