Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to support retail clients by ensuring products are stocked, displayed, and available for purchase. You will travel to various locations, work with store teams, and use a mobile app to report results.

Candidates should have access to a personal smartphone, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively. Flexible hours and benefits are provided for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or related field preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple store locations within a region.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs.
• Eligible to work in the U.S., English communication ability at a conversational level.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores per guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to keep displays in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time and report results via the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers professionally.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a designated area.
