Anderson Merchandisers seeks a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display merchandise in assigned stores, coordinate with staff, and complete tasks using our mobile app. The role involves travel within a region, strong customer service, and adherence to client guidelines.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, access to a smartphone, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling and benefits are offered for full- and part-time associates.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have data plan and mobile device.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Stock and display merchandise per guidelines.
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure prime displays.
• Complete store visits and report results via mobile app.
• Assist with promotional and seasonal displays.
• Provide professional customer service and represent Anderson Merchandisers.
• Troubleshoot product/display issues with store management.
• Travel to multiple stores within designated area.
