Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Surge Merchandiser to stock and display merchandise across assigned retail stores. You will travel within a region to complete projects, coordinate with store teams, and use the company mobile app to report results.

A reliable smartphone and valid driver’s license are required. The role emphasizes customer service, professional representation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable access to a personal smartphone for work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize, and display merchandise in stores according to guidelines.
• Communicate with store personnel to ensure displays are in prime condition.
• Complete store visits and projects on time using the mobile app.
• Assist with setup and execution of promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Travel to multiple store locations within a region.
