Job summary

Core-Mark, a Performance Food Group Company, seeks a Merchandiser to travel to customer sites in a personal vehicle, placing merchandise in display areas per plan-o-grams and optimizing space for sales. You will assess needs and notify management of issues, recommending replacements to boost store profitability.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong communication and customer service skills, able to work independently, and comfortable lifting up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 6+ months merchandising experience.
• Customer facing experience.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance and travel capability.
• Driver's license with clear driving record.
• Frequent lifting of products 5–25 lbs, up to 70 lbs per case.

Responsibilities

• Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
• Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, and cleaning.
• Arrange store shelves or displays per store requirements.
• Monitor account problems and report to Sales/Manager as needed.
• Maintain safe store aisles and equipment.
• Report hours on provided time sheets.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
