Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to support convenience store partners by implementing product displays and maintaining planograms. You will travel daily in your own vehicle, ensuring stores are properly merchandised for maximum sales and profitability.

Responsibilities include stocking, pricing, shelf management, and building strong customer relationships while meeting Core-Mark standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months to 1 year of merchandising or customer service retail experience.
• Proficiency in reading and executing retail planograms.
• Reliable personal vehicle meeting Core-Mark/PFG guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Proof of current auto insurance coverage.
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Initiative-taking, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service skills and diligence.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily to assigned customer locations using your vehicle.
• Travel to convenience stores across Pennsylvania and Ohio, with occasional travel to West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and New York.
• Meet with store owners and staff to assess needs and deliver high-quality merchandising support.
• Place and organize merchandise in designated display areas following planograms.
• Set up and reset store fixtures, shelves, and displays; remove discontinued products.
• Provide stocking, pricing, shelf-facing, product rotation, and routine shelf cleaning.
• Monitor product performance and suggest discontinuing or replacing items to boost sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve concerns professionally.
• Accurately complete timesheets and activity logs.
