Job summary

BT Retail Solutions, a division of Channel Partners, is hiring a Travel Merchandiser. You will travel extensively within your state and nearby states, moving and building store displays, updating pricing, and ensuring shelves reflect current plans.

We offer mileage pay, per diem, weekly pay, and W2 employment with flexible hours. Positions vary from week to week based on client needs and travel availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of experience in retail resets, merchandising, light construction, or related field.
• Available to work varied shifts, with 90% overnight shifts possible.
• Willing to travel within your state and surrounding states starting week one.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with up-to-date phones and modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, build, tear down, and reposition beams and shelving in store bays.
• Relocate or adjust position of stock currently on display.
• Re-label shelves with new pricing labels.
• Place products, signage, stickers, and build displays hands-free if needed without planograms.
• Follow Plan-O-Grams and instructions for product placement.

All our projects require 80-90% travel within your state and local states. All shifts vary. On our team you will have opportunities for training, and advancement-not to mention great pay.

Minimum Pay

USD $17.00/Hr.

Maximum Pay

USD $18.00/Hr.

• Assignments can range from 0-40 hours per week based on volume, how far you are willing to travel, and willingness to accept various other projects offered

What You'll Do

• Safely move, build, tear down, and reposition beams and shelving in store bays.
• Relocate or adjust position of stock currently on display.
• Re-label shelves with new pricing labels.
• Place products, signage, stickers, and build displays hands-free if needed without planograms.
• Gauge shelving and product placement that does not fit into planograms, or other required materials in strict accordance with Plan-O-Grams, photos or other written or verbal instructions.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ months of experience in retail resets, merchandising, light construction, or related skill set in this industry.
• Available to work varied shifts, typically including 90% overnight shifts. Weekly schedules can sometimes change due to clients’ requests.
• Available to travel within your state and surrounding states starting your first week of work as needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Proficient using up-to-date phones and modern technology.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive bending for up to 10 hours a day.
• Able to repeatedly push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working 20 feet off the ground.
