A leading construction services provider is looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee mechanical and electrical systems on large-scale projects in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of superintendent experience and 6 years in MEP construction, particularly in Data Center and Healthcare sectors. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with the ability to interpret construction documents. The position involves significant national travel.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a superintendent in construction.
• 6+ years in MEP construction or equivalent experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years as a superintendent and 6+ years in MEP construction (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Data Centers and/or Healthcare construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and contract documents.
• Expertise in mechanical and electrical systems and BIM coordination.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Leadership skills with flexibility for 50–100% national travel.
