This position involves a full-time traveling assignment supporting sports projects across the United States, reporting to the Sports Market Segment Group. Prior sports-related project experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations from initiation to completion of the project.
  2. Understand and interpret contract documents, including Turner’s contract, plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
  3. Lead, supervise, and develop Turner MEP staff, including conducting performance appraisals.
  4. Oversee daily activities of Engineer-MEP, Superintendent-MEP, and other subordinates.
  5. Manage MEP procurement, project budgets, quality, safety, engineering, coordination, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and project close-out processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of experience in design, cost, sequence, logistics, and field installations of Mechanical and Electrical systems or equivalent.
  • Ability to identify cost-effective design features and recommend alternatives.
  • Strong presentation skills for technical material.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management and scheduling software is desirable.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

The role requires physical ability to climb stairs, ladders, and negotiate construction sites, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. The work environment may include exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and chemicals, with moderate noise levels.
