Additional Information: This position involves a full-time traveling assignment across the United States supporting sports projects. Prior sports-related project experience is strongly preferred.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner's representatives to ensure project success.
  2. Understand and interpret contract documents, plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
  3. Lead, supervise, and develop the Turner MEP staff, including performance evaluations.
  4. Oversee daily activities of the MEP engineering and construction teams.
  5. Manage procurement, budgets, quality, safety, engineering, scheduling, installation, commissioning, and project close-out processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems design, cost estimation, and field installation, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to identify cost-effective design features and suggest alternatives.
  • Strong presentation skills and proficiency in technical communication.
  • LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management software is desirable.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands:

Must be able to climb stairs, ladders, and navigate construction sites. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring good vision and manual dexterity.

Work Environment:

Exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, and moderate noise levels. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
