You will maintain organized electronic records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and interact with healthcare staff. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; valid driver's license and ability to drive up to 60–80 miles round trip are expected.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and access to a car.
• Willing to drive up to 60–80 miles round trip.
• Internet access at home and basic PC skills.
• Available 08:00–17:00 in respective time zones for facilities visits.
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a record system for patient information and documents.
• Use electronic systems to collect, organize, and manage data.
• Keep medical records organized, accurate, and complete.
• Create and store digital copies of paperwork electronically.
• File reports quickly and accurately.
• Ensure HIPAA standards are met and confidentiality is maintained.
• Interact with medical staff and other healthcare personnel.
• Travel to facilities as required; lift up to 25 pounds.
