Job summary

Accurate Medical Logistics places skilled Distribution Technicians in hospitals and healthcare facilities to support the receiving, stocking, and distribution of critical medical supplies. This is an assignment-based role with shifts and long-term placements, offering opportunities to grow into a leadership role across multiple facilities.

Travel to different facilities across the region is required with mileage reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Prior experience training others or working across multiple sites is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Stock, label, and organize medical supplies in designated storage areas and hospital units.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and track expiration dates to maintain supply readiness.
• Process returns, manage back orders, and assist with routine cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment while following supply chain protocols.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, vendors, and logistics partners to meet daily supply needs.
• Learn the layouts, systems, and protocols of multiple client facilities and adapt quickly to new environments.
• Train and mentor new technicians, modeling best practices and helping onboard team members at client sites.
• Perform interim duties between placements, including courier driving, driver audits, technician audits, or other tasks as assigned.
