Job summary

Accurate Medical Logistics seeks Distribution Technicians to support hospital and healthcare facility supply chains. This on-site role involves shifts ranging from single assignments to year-long placements, with mileage reimbursement and potential direct hire by client facilities.

Responsibilities include receiving shipments, stocking areas, monitoring stock levels, processing returns, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience training others or working across multiple sites is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Stock, label, and organize medical supplies in designated storage areas and hospital units.
• Monitor product levels, rotate stock, and track expiration dates to maintain supply readiness.
• Process returns, manage back orders, and assist with routine cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment while following supply chain protocols.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, vendors, and logistics partners to meet daily supply needs.
• Learn the layouts, systems, and protocols of multiple client facilities and adapt quickly to new environments.
• Train and mentor new technicians, modeling best practices and helping onboard team members at client sites.
• Perform interim duties between placements, including courier driving, driver audits, technician audits, or other tasks as assigned.

Accurate Medical Logistics

Accurate Medical Logistics places skilled Distribution Technicians in hospitals and healthcare facilities to support the receiving, stocking, and distribution of critical medical supplies. This is a flexible, assignment-based role: placements range from single shifts and as‑needed coverage to long‑term assignments of a year or more, with the possibility of being hired directly by a client facility. Schedule Availability 5:00am-4:00pm / 8 hour shifts

About the Role

• Work on‑site at client hospitals on assignments of varying lengths — from one shift or as‑needed coverage to year‑long placements
• Travel to different facilities across the region as assignments require; mileage is reimbursed
• Serve as an on‑call resource for emergency fulfillment, stepping in on short notice when client facilities need urgent coverage
• Between hospital placements, remain available for as‑needed roles assigned by your supervisor, which may include on‑demand courier driver, driver auditor, technician auditor, or other duties until your next placement
• High‑performing technicians may be offered direct hire by client facilities
