GHX is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage traditional medical supply counts and 2-Bin Kanban lines. You will ensure accurate counts, organize racks, and label inventory while traveling nationwide. The role requires working with the HITS system and hospital teams.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, be willing to travel, and pass background checks and vaccinations. Excellent attention to detail and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Able to pass background check, drug test and vaccinations.
• Must have valid driver's license and travel extensively.
• Must own a mobile phone for timekeeping apps.
• Experience using inventory programs to update counts and reports.
• Professional appearance and ability to work independently or in teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Must speak/read/write English and be able to travel across the US.
• Minimum age 21 due to travel policy.

Responsabilités

• Count and audit inventory accurately using the HITS program or paper sheets.
• Capture data, report discrepancies, and coordinate with Team Leader.
• Assemble/adjust racks, carts, and shelving; label bins and par locations.
• Install and maintain 2-Bin Kanban lines and par locations.
• Communicate daily with Team Leader and collaborate with hospital staff.
• Travel across the US to hospitals for counts and audits.
