GHX is seeking a Seasonal Inventory Specialist to manage traditional hospital inventory and 2-Bin Kanban lines across nationwide locations in the US. The role involves accurate counting, stocking, auditing, labeling, and staging of medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceuticals, implants, and instruments.

Extensive travel is required as you will support multiple hospitals. Proficiency with the HITS program and Excel is expected, along with the ability to work independently and with diverse teams.

Qualifikationen

• High school education or GED required.
• Must be able to travel extensively across the US.
• Background check, drug test and vaccinations may be required.
• State Issued Driver’s License preferred and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to use inventory software to update counts and prepare reports.
• Professional appearance and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Must read/write/speak English.
• Frequent travel to US hospitals is required.

Aufgaben

• Accurately count and audit inventory in the HITS program or on paper sheets.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Maintain and adjust 2-Bin Kanban project supply lines and storage racks as needed.
• Collaborate with Team Leader and hospital staff to ensure accurate par levels.
• Label, bin, and stage supplies for efficient retrieval.
• Communicate issues with equipment or software to the Team Leader daily.
• Attend trainings and follow company policies and procedures.
