AnovaWorks is seeking a Medical Assistant to support the medical provider across the greater Seattle area, including Western WA, during workplace health screenings. You will assist with exams such as respirator fit tests and audiograms, coordinate services, and manage patient flow.

Requirements include a WA Medical Assistant License, MA certification, and BLS. The role offers hourly compensation and comprehensive benefits with opportunities to grow within a physician-led occupational health team.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Medical Assistant course, or MA-C certification.
• Washington State Medical Assistant License.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate services and personnel to ensure timely patient service.
• Schedule patient visits and testing.
• Prepare patient charts and department forms per clinic standards.
• Enter demographics, audiometric results, vital signs, and history into the EMR.
• Administer occupational health testing (pulmonary function, hearing) and CLIA-waived tests.
• Administer medications and immunizations as ordered by the provider.
• Collect samples for blood analysis and urinalysis.
• Arrange labs and X-rays; notify patients of appointments.
• Maintain exam rooms and calibration records for equipment.
