You will coordinate between fabrication shops and field teams, implement risk controls, and optimize labor resources across regions, traveling as needed to top sites with a focus on quality and safety.

The Traveling Project Executive is a specialized leadership role focused on large-scale, complex mechanical installations exceeding $50,000,000 in single-contract value. This individual will deploy to major project sites to provide on-site executive leadership, ensuring that massive mechanical infrastructure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. This role requires extensive knowledge of industrial Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and Virtual Design and Construction workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct on-site operations for mechanical projects valued at $50,000,000 and above, maintaining presence at the project location as required.
• Facilitate complex coordination between fabrication shops and field installation teams to maximize efficiency.
• Manage high-level risk mitigation strategies and resolve field-level disputes involving labor, scheduling, or technical specifications.
• Coordinate with regional leadership to ensure labor resources are optimized across geographic territories.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual Salary Range - $185,000 – $235,000
