Job summary

Dimensions Living Beaver Dam is seeking a temporary Maintenance Technician to travel between Beaver Dam, Fitchburg and Jefferson. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep to keep our senior living community safe and functional.

This hands-on role requires problem-solving skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience required; senior living or healthcare environment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Ability to diagnose problems, think critically, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the community—including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general upkeep.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure everything is working safely and efficiently.
