Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Brookshire Estates & Lexington Farms in Jerseyville, IL. This role requires traveling between properties and delivering dependable maintenance service to residents.

You will respond to repair requests, prepare units for move-ins, and support an exceptional resident experience while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or building repair is required.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation.
• Basic tools and smartphone to access work orders and apps.
• Familiarity with property management processes is a plus.
• Experience with painting, plumbing and electrical tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and complete repairs.
• Prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins.
• Assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
