Gray Residential seeks a Floating/Traveling Maintenance Technician based in the Indianapolis area to support multiple communities across the state. You will travel between properties to perform make readies, service requests, and small projects, delivering reliable maintenance service to residents and teams.

You should be capable of troubleshooting a range of issues, maintain safety standards, and communicate clearly with property teams about priorities and progress.

Formación

• General knowledge of maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Ability to travel between properties and work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to various properties to support onsite teams with maintenance needs.
• Complete make readies to ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Assist with service requests, troubleshoot, and complete repairs promptly.
• Support small projects and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and spaces.
• Communicate priorities and provide updates to property teams.
• Deliver professional, courteous service to residents and team members.
• Follow safety protocols and company standards.
