Job summary

TURN Community Services is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to support sites throughout Utah, from Brigham City to St. George.

The role includes hands-on maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, floor care, and remodeling, with travel required across the state. Compensation is $20/hour with comprehensive benefits including dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, life, disability, a $600 sign-on bonus, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Some experience with general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting), floor care, remodeling, appliance repair, snow removal, lawn care, general landscaping, sprinkler repair, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, floor care, remodeling, appliance repair, snow removal, lawn care, general landscaping, sprinkler repair, etc.
• Assist programs to find resources, answer questions and work with facility landlords for repairs.
• Maintain safety and professionalism while interacting with staff and clients during repairs, inspections and vendor meetings.
