Job summary

Live AMC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Syracuse, Utah. The Technician will handle the repair and upkeep of the property while working closely within OSHA standards. Responsibilities include maintaining supplies, managing inventory, and responding to service requests, with compensation ranging from $20 to $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or handyman work is required.
• Knowledge of safety policies and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily repair and upkeep of the property.
• Maintain inventory of all supplies and ensure necessary tools are available.
• Handle all lock-outs and respond to service requests.

Skills

Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools

Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
