Qualifications

• Previous property maintenance or handyman experience preferred.
• Ability to work on an on-call basis and follow OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain property buildings and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.

Skills
