Job summary

Sun Tan City & Buff City Soap is hiring a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair equipment and facilities at our franchise locations across Tennessee and North Carolina. The role focuses on keeping tanning beds, spray booths, lights, and electrical systems operating safely and efficiently.

This hands-on, full-time position requires basic electrical knowledge, reliability, and a willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of tools and electricity is required. Much of the day-to-day maintenance work involves electrical troubleshooting.
• Reliable transportation capable of transporting 6-foot boxes of lamps is a MUST.
• Your transportation must be available for your ALL DAY while working. Willingness and ability to travel for work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to learn and attempt repairs or tasks you may not have previously performed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on tanning and fitness equipment.
• Repair tanning beds and spray booths; troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues.
• Maintain the overall appearance and condition of assigned facilities; perform general cosmetic repairs and upkeep.
